About Us

Here at the Greater Toronto Financial Academy, we believe that learning about financial literacy should be a fun, positive, and engaging experience. We offer a variety of programs and services that expands one’s passion for learning about financial literacy and money management.

We are a group of business professionals and educators with the goals of making financial literacy fun and accessible for children and youth. We offer a number of workshops, in-school programs, camps, and individualized coaching sessions. These interactive programs are delivered by our experienced educators, and focus on developing practical life skills.

Financial Literacy is one of the most important life skills, yet it is often a neglected teaching topic for kids of all ages. It is never too early to start teaching your kids about money management. Learning basic money concepts and how financial systems work from a young age will teach children what they need to know to become financially confident adults.

Our mission is to empower children and youth to control their financial future by investing in today.

Message from the Founders

We founded The Greater Toronto Financial Academy in 2020 with the belief that there was a better way to educate children and youth about financial literacy and money management. We have created all of our programs and camps to fill the educational gap by teaching the skills and knowledge we wish we had learned in school, all while making it fun, interactive, and empowering.

We are both skilled educators and business people who are passionate about the importance of learning financial literacy. We take great pride in our interactive programming, going beyond teaching theoretical concepts around money management. We want all participants to come out of each program with skills they can immediately apply in the real world, and use for the rest of their lives.

We want to make learning about financial literacy not only fun and inspiring, but also part of everyday learning.
